Classes for Kids!

The more kids understand what they can't see, the more connected they will feel to the world.

Since I was a wee one, I have always loved  working with children. My college course of study and career in the human service field has focused on children and adolescent development, nurturing them and understanding the complexity of these little beings. How very fortunate I am to be able to combine two of my passions, children and spirituality!

Each monthly workshop will allow children to understand the topic through a fun, engaging lesson and a hands on activity or project. A short guided meditation will be an integral part of the class. Recommended for children ages 7-13.

Snazzy Stones and Rad Rocks: Crystals for Kids

Crystals can create healing, empowerment and positive energy within.  Children will explore different crystals using their many senses to identify qualities and characteristics that make them feel good! Children will create a crystal grid to allow for an energetic, visual and tactile reminder at home.

The Sixth Sense – Intuitive and Psychic Development

Children may have a hard time tying their shoe laces, cleaning up their home or completing homework, but there is no doubt that their intuition and psychic ability is present and ready to be nurtured. This will prove to be a day of fun and games for children who want to test out or hone their already established skills.

Sha Sha Chakras

Children may seem like spinning wheels of energy most of the time, sometimes spinning really, really fast! In this workshop, children will gain a basic understanding of what chakras are, where these energy centers are located in their bodies and how to help balance them in fun ways.

Who’s Who in the Spirit World: Angels 101

Children will be given the opportunity to explore and learn about some of the angels that may help guide, protect and connect them to the Spirit World.  Discussion and individual activity will allow children to describe who they feel they are most connected to, so that they may begin working with them.  A short guided meditation is included.

Wishes, Hopes and Blessings

Children will explore spirituality through basic mindfulness.  Offering the idea that kindness can go much further than imagined, children will be able to put their positive thoughts into action by creating a beautiful blessing bowl. A short guided meditation is included.
