About Myka:
Myka is a 200RYT, an EMYoga® foundations practitioner & is currently working towards her 500RYT. Her yoga journey began as a way to strengthen her barre workouts but she soon found that yoga gave her a quality of life she never knew was possible. No matter what style of class you attend, Myka's focus will be on creating a welcoming and safe space for you to find ways to connect and strengthen the body and mind. She hopes to simply be a guide in your practice and always invites you to listen to what your body calls for.
When Myka isn't teaching or popping into a yoga class she is probably putting her psychology degree to use wrangling children as a professional nanny or at her part time office gig. In her free time she enjoys reading, music, knitting, pizza and spending time with her friends, family, chef/boyfriend and their two dogs.
