The Constellation approach is a combination of western modalities of psychotherapy and traditional tribal and SHAMANIC healing movements. These movements in the “field” of energy are guided by the quantum field / ancient spiritual guidance, which touch the soul in ways that modern talk therapy does not often reach. It’s the step from therapy to healing.

From my experience attending a few of these groups, One person in the group goes up to the front of the circle with Wayne (the facilitator) and tells him about themself... What’s going on in their life, what they’re struggling with, what their family dynamic is/was like.

Then he either guides you to use your intuition to have the other members of the circle play the role of a family member/situation or Wayne will write on a piece of paper the role or situation and you instinctually choose the members of the circle to play that part.

He then guides the members to play out what has happened, why, etc although anytime I’ve gone- the people playing the role are so connected with the energy that they take on and feel characteristics of the family member/situation. You then become part of the constellation and face your family or the situation in your life. He helps guide you based on his intuition.

For me, it helped me get “unstuck”, providing deep healing bc I gained a greater understanding and perspective of the families dynamic and why I was feeling so stuck. Both my own personal situation and when playing the parts for others has been profound.
