About The Event
Meditation can help to reduce stress and increase peace within. ✨ Come sit or lie in The Water Lily’s high vibe, sacred group space. Lily will lead you as you settle in. Then you will have the opportunity to go off on your own to deepen your connection to self and spirit. ✨ Any discussion prior to or afterwards will focus on your meditative curiosity or experience. Notepads will be available to jot down anything you’d like to remember, as well. (Or bring a journal from home!) ✨ To consider... Dress comfortably. Blankets, pillows, yoga mats and two lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis or feel free to bring whatever will make you most comfortable. ✨ This is a monthly event that will be offered the first Monday of the month, from 7-8pm. ✨ Free.
